Description

Sousão, also known as Vinhão, is one of the most cultivated red grape varieties in Portugal. In the Vinho Verde region, it stands out for its high productivity and in the Douro region for its unmistakable character, aromas with vegetable notes, great freshness and enormous concentration of tannins.

This tanning red ages for a period of time in French oak barrels, in order to round off the tannins and stabilize them.
