Description

Vinification:
technology is minimal, to allow the expression of the grapes of the century-old vineyard. A third of the wine fermented in Seguin Moreau French oak cooperages and the rest fermented in stainless steel vats at around 18ºC. Once the fermenting activity was over, fine lees were dosed to improve the texture and complexity of the wine. He used the minimum amount of sulfur necessary to prevent oxidation.

Test results:
It has a citrine color and a shiny appearance. The aroma is delicate, with notes of fruit, wildflowers and a light touch of spice. In the mouth, it surprises with its striking acidity, striking structure, creamy texture and delicate aroma, giving it a long, elegant and attractive finish.
