Dona Ermelinda Branco is a very aromatic wine from the Setúbal Peninsula. It is a wine that should be consumed within a maximum of 3 years.
CLIMATE: Mediterranean-continental.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature followed by a short aging period of 3 months in French and American oak barrels.
TEST NOTES
Dona Ermelinda Branco is a wine from the Setúbal Peninsula with a greenish straw color, an intense fruity aroma with notes of tropical fruits and honey. On the palate it is full-bodied with a great balance between acidity, sugars, alcohol and wood. Long, persistent and pleasant finish.
