Dona Ermelinda Branco is a very aromatic Setúbal Peninsula wine. It is a wine that should be consumed within a maximum of 3 years.

Climate: Mediterranean-Continental.

Vinification: Fermentation in controlled temperature stainless steel coups followed by a small stage of 3 months in French and American oak wood.

Test notes

Dona Ermelinda Branco is a wine of the greenish straw -colored Setúbal Peninsula, intense fruity aroma with notes to tropical fruits and honey. In the mouth is full with great balance between the components acidity, sugars, alcohol and wood. Long end, persistent and pleasant.
