Winemaking for Dona Ermelinda Reserva Branco: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature followed by a short aging period of 4 months in French oak barrels.
Aroma with notes of sweet fruits and some citrus, well integrated with the wood in which it aged.
Taste: In the mouth it is full-bodied and creamy with an elegant and persistent finish.
Color: Yellowish-green.
