Wine winemaking Dona Ermelinda White Reserve: fermentation in stainless steel tubs with controlled temperature followed by a small internship of 4 months in French oak kites.
Aroma with grades of sweet fruits and some citrus, well integrated with the wood where it interned.
Flavor: In the mouth is full and creamy with elegant and persistent ending.
Color: Green yellowish.
