This Bagaceira Aguente was obtained exclusively from the grape bagasse of the grape
Alvarinho, who are at the origin of the wine "Dona Paterna". A careful traditional distillation process was followed by a
Proper rectification to the quality of the final product. Thus, an Aguardente Bagaceira was obtained, with the character, richness and complexity of the Alvarinho caste that gave rise to it.
Of this batch, 585 bottles were bottled all of them numbered.
