Description
Clean and bright, golden color with amber reflexes. Fine and expressive nose where they dominate the citrus (tangerine) aromas and ripe fruit (apricot and peach); Floral notes appear as a characteristic of our white wines. Full -bodied, elegant, thin and very present taste, reflecting the quality of the grapes of this harvest where balance and finesse are their best descriptors.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually and transported to the Small Box Vinification Center. Once selected at the cellar reception, the grapes are vinified separately, according to the caste and the vineyard; The must is obtained by direct pressing after cold maceration. Clean must fermented in low temperature stainless steel vats (90%) and French oak barrels (10%).
