Side Dishes: Este vinho acompanha finamente carnes vermelhas, rosbife e carnes grelhadas.
Deep red with violet tones. Intense aroma dominated by very mature black fruits, blackberries and cassis, also presenting aromas to violet and exotic wood. Stooms of spices result from oak barrels. All of these aspects contribute to a great aromatic complexity that will increase over time. Full -bodied, well balanced acidity with firm and mature tannins. These characteristics together make it a full-bodied and powerful wine with a long and persistent ending.
Vinification:
Harvest manual grapes in boxes of 20 kg. Upon arrival at the cellar, grapes from centenary vineyards are carefully selected and deceived. Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature with robotic stainless steel mills (gutters) (gutters) is made, followed by fermentation the controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. The reassembly and deleteage processes are then started to obtain the greatest possible extraction through a careful selection limited to the chosen constituents. A long post-fermentation maceration occurs. Internship in French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters for 24 months, 70% ages in new oak barrels and 30% in second and third years.
