Description

Deep red with violet tones. Aroma dominated by ripe black fruits, blackberries, plums and cassis, showing aromas of violet from oak barrels. Full -bodied, with well -balanced acidity, firm and mature tannins. Elegant, long and persistent ending.

Vinification:
Manual vintage for small 20 kg boxes Vinification The grapes are deceived and smoothly crushed in stainless steel mills (gutters) by robotic Pisa, pre-fermentation maceration stems from low temperature. Fermentation in Stainless Cubes the controlled temperature of 28 ° C (max).
