Description

Citrus yellow color, with intense lime and tangerine aroma and light notes of fresh herbs such as anise and mint. In the mouth is very cool, very thin and balanced acidity with the fruit surrounded by light notes of smoke. It ends very long, with freshness.

Vinification:
Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes are carefully selected. After deceiving and crushing, the grapes suffer cold maceration for twelve hours and are then pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place the controlled temperature between 14 and 16ºC. Stainless stainlessly stainless internship and 25% internship for four months in second and third year French oak barrels.
