Citrine yellow in color, with an intense aroma of lime and tangerine and light notes of fresh herbs such as anise and mint. On the palate it is very fresh, with very fine acidity and balanced with fruit surrounded by light smoky notes. It finishes very long, with freshness.
Winemaking:
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are carefully selected. After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo cold maceration for twelve hours and are then pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC. Aging occurs in stainless steel tanks with fine lees in suspension, and 25% is aged for four months in second and third-year French oak barrels.
