Alicante Bouschet is a dyeing caste of French origin, which gives body wine, concentration and good evolution capacity. This wine results from the expression of the Bouschet Alicante caste in 3 distinct origins, in a year especially for the good performance of this variety. Monsaraz's Reguengos Sub-region contributed to the intensity, texture and concentration and the Portalegre Sub-region promoted its vitality.
Vinification / Internship
Manual vintage. Alcoholic fermentation, followed by malo -fermentation in small capacity concrete tulips. An year in 5000 liters (30% of the lot), French oak and 500 liters barrels (70% of the lot). Followed by at least two years in bottle.
COLOR: Deep and concentrated.
AROMA: Complex aroma of the caste that gave rise to it, with notes of plum, black chocolate and slight leather.
Taste: The classic structure of austerous tannins is complemented by consistent and rich fruit intensity and a long and spicy ending.
