Wine produced exclusively with grapes cultivated in the Herdade do Esporão, following biological agriculture practices. With sense of place, intense, direct and vibrant, expresses the typicality of the year of harvesting, the diversity of the soils where the vineyards are planted and the identity of the selected castes.
Vinification / Internship
The grapes were partially fermented in concrete cups. After fermentation, the wine remained on thin leftovers for 4 months, in unique microxigence conditions in this type of deposit, which respect and amplify the character of the wine. 4 months on the thin -legged dreaks.
COLOR: Crystalline aspect, straw color with golden nuances.
AROMA: Intense, lush, with predominance of citrus notes and tropical fruits.
Taste: In the mouth it is elegant and with great freshness, it has a long and vibrant ending.
