Description
The production of carving wines is a inheritance left by the Romans when their passage through the Alentejo. We decided to recover this tradition and today we use old carved, with capacity between 550 and 960 liters.
Vinification / Internship
Partial disgust, fermentation in leaf pez coated by indigenous yeasts. The wines were kept in contact with the wine masses until November 25, 2021, and the malo -fermentation occurred in the carving. Pressing in vertical press.
COLOR: Bright ruby.
AROMA: Rich in ripe red fruit by emphasizing the plum and the cherry. It is complemented with light guava notes.
Taste: Fresh and elegant predominating the purity of red fruit. Balanced, with a rich and long end.
