Description
Vinification: Manual harvest In 20kg boxes Direct pressing, decantation, fermentation and aging of the base wine on fine lees 6 months. 2nd fermentation in bottle with free yeast, according to the classic method _12 months. Test results:The citrus fruit appears smooth and fresh and the toasted notes are delicate, a fine bubble that further intensifies these sensations. Balance set of fresh flavors and smooth mousse. good acidity
Color: Citrine yellow, with a fine and persistent bubble.
