Description
Ferradosa Douro Branco presents in the nose vibrant fruit, with touches of alperce, peach and notes of some fresh tropical fruits. The oak is present with vanilla and a very light smoked grade. In the mouth this wine reveals a very fresh and crispy claw that breaks the oak and creates an extremely elegant, vibrant and long white wine.
Vinification:
The grapes are slightly crushed by a pneumatic press and the resulting must is decayed for 24 hours to 10 ° Celsius in 2,500 liters stainless steel vats. The must is then transferred to new barrels and a 225 -liter French oak year, where it will ferment for more than 25 days at controlled temperatures between 10 ° and 14 ° Celsius. Wine interns in the same barrels for another 8 months, with Bâtonnage.
