Description

“Flor de Sal”, a brand associated with the 5th generation of Ervideira wines, with an essence and a desire to do something different, irreverent and innovative.

In its blends, the interplay between Portuguese and international grape varieties results in completely distinct yet seductive profiles.

Nothing like tasting it to find out.

Tasting
A fresh wine with a youthful profile and citrine color. On the nose, aromas of tropical fruit and mineral notes. Smooth on entry, but its acidity comes through on the finish, awakening the fruit component and prolonging the tasting experience.
Winemaking
The Antão Vaz and Sémillon grape varieties were chosen, one Portuguese and one foreign. These varieties are harvested separately and, as soon as they reach the winery, are pressed and begin fermentation in stainless steel vats inside the cold room, at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
