Description

"Flor de Sal", a brand associated with the 5th generation of Ervineira wines with an essence and willingness to do something different, irreverent and innovative.

In its lots, the game between national castes with international castes, reviewing in completely different but seductive profiles.

Prova
A fresh wine, with a young profile and citrus color. In the nose aromas of tropical fruits and notes of minerality. At the beginning of the mouth it is smooth, but its acidity is revealed at the end of the mouth, awakening the fruit component and prolonging its tasting.
Winemaking
The castes of Antão Vaz and Sémillon were chosen, one of them being Portuguese and one foreign. These vine vinced separately and as soon as they reach the cellar, they are pressed and start their fermentation in stainless steel vat, inside the cold chamber, with a temperature of 10 °C to 12 °C.
