Prova
A young red wine of intense color. Mild in early mouth, flavorings to spices, chocolate and plum notes. Velvety, with soft tannins and balanced acides, the Red Sal Flower gives a complex and intense mouth finish.
Winemaking
The Aragones and Syrah castes were chosen. Aragonez's alcoholic fermentation happens in "vinimatics" (rotating stainless steel vats), while Syrah ferments in mechanical stepping mills.
