Flor de Sal ”, a mark associated with the 5th generation of Ervideira wines with an essence and willingness to do something different, irreverent and innovative.

Vintage: Mechanical and night

Proof: A wine that conquers us for its color and modernity. Aromatically intense, shares engaging notes of red fruits and alperce. In the mouth it has acidity and a body that result in an elegant and kilibrated mouth end.

Vinification: The grapes of Aragonez and Touriga Nacional are vindicated at night and reach the cellar in refrigerated transport. First, the grapes come into "vinimatics" (rotating stainless steel tips) to deprive the contact with the skin and the grape grape, and then all pressed.
