Description
Flor de Sal Silver Tinto is much more than a salt, it is an essence. A project developed by the fifth generation of Ervideira, where they express their identity in the creation of these wines. Two different brothers, but they complement each other, just like this Flor de Sal. Two grape varieties - one Portuguese, the other international - that result in much more than a wine: an essence.
The Aragonês and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties were chosen. The alcoholic fermentation of Aragonês takes place in "vinimatics" (rotating stainless steel vats), while Cabernet Sauvignon ferments in mechanically treaded wine presses.
