Description
Cirin color with greenish reflexes. Fruity and intense aroma to pear and citrus. Sweet notes of honey. Good volume of balanced mouth, ending with a pleasant feeling of amplitude.
Vinification:
Produced in Assario and in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the right ripening point are carefully vindicate and carried to the winery, where they ferment in stainless steel tubs the controlled temperature, then wine interns on the leftover over a period of six months, with Bâtonnage, before releasing.
