Description
Granada color. Deep wax furniture, macerated cherry, blackberry and clove. Very good structure and concentration. Good volume, balanced with velvety tannins. Round with long and pleasant ending.
Vinification:
Red Foral is an Aragonez Blend, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal maturation are carefully vindicated and transported to the winery where they ferment in stainless steel tubs the controlled temperature. The wine is still macerated before maturing for twelve months in a barrel and aging for twelve months in bottle before release.
