Description

VINIFICATION
Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. In the cellar there is a careful selection of grapes, they are de-stemmed and pressed. The pressed must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it remained at a temperature of 12oC for 48 hours until decantation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 12oC for a period of 3 weeks.

TEST RESULTS
Lemon colored wine, with vibrant and elegant aromas. In the mouth it is very fresh, evolving elegantly into a wine of excellent volume and very well integrated texture. A captivating, fresh, balanced wine with good persistence, with well-integrated acidity, presenting a silky finish.
