Description

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. In the cellar there is a careful selection of grapes. After total destemming, soft crushing followed by a pre-fermentative cold maceration period in a lagar for about 24 hours, then the masses were transferred to fermentation vats. Stage 12 months in French oak barrels.

TEST RESULTS
Very fresh and intense on the nose with notes of wild black fruits and black cherries, the aroma acquires complexity due to the notes of wood. In the mouth it is concentrated, with firm tannins and smooth texture, persistent finish, revealing its essence in a unique blend of rusticity and elegance.
