Manual vintage in 20kg boxes. In the cellar there is a careful selection of grapes. After a total disgust, soft crushing followed by a cold pre-fermentation period in laging for about 24 hours, later the masses were transferred to fermentation vats. 12 months internship in French oak barrels.

Test notes
Very fresh and intense in the nose with notes of black fruits and black cherries, the aroma is complex from the wood notes. In the mouth it is concentrated, with firm tannins and smooth texture, persistent end, revealing its essence in a unique mixture of rusticity and elegance.
