Winemaking:
The grapes were carefully selected, de-stemmed and crushed for pressing, cold decanting for 24 hours, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (14 - 15 °C).
Test results:
Lemon-colored, extraordinary aromatic intensity, hints of pricery and peach in syrup, it is fresh and elegant, with an admirable purity of flavors and balance.
