Gin Drumshanbo Sardinian Citrus

Gin Drumshanbo Gunpowder Sardinian Citrus from the Distilery Distillery Distillelery. Here, by a lake, in a shed in a small Irish town, the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Inside is the lab of PJ Rigney, creator of artisan distillates that distills gin with the best oriental botanists in nature and gunpowder tea.

Eight plants (routine berries, angelica root, orris roots, alkaravia seeds, coriander seeds, sweet meal, cardamom and anise) slowly distilled hand in copper pan. Four additional boats (Eastern lemon, oriental lemon, fresh tea grapefruit and gunpowder) are infused with steam. Deliciously fresh and rounded in front with notes of citrus, juniper and spicy immediately evident. The expected juniper following closely. Tea powder, coriander and meadowsweet are remarkable. The overall impression is a very balanced and surprising gin.
