Glen Moray 10 Year Old Fired Oak Single Malt

In this Single Malt, the barley used to make malt is grown locally in Moray, and the malt production is done at the distillery with water from the River Lossie. The malt is fermented and then subjected to double distillation in copper pot stills, which transforms it into whisky. This whisky spends 10 years in American oak barrels previously used to age bourbon and finishes aging in new, heavily toasted American oak barrels.
