Description

VINIFICATION:

In this Single Malt, the barley used to make the malt is grown locally in Moray and the malt is produced in the still using water from the River Lossie. The malt is fermented and then subjected to double distillation in copper stills, which turns it into whisky. This whiskey spends 10 years in American oak barrels previously used to age bourbon and ends the stage in new American oak barrels with intense toast.
