Description
Glen Moray 12 Years Old is a fantastic Speyside whiskey with a golden mid to full and complex glow. The clear water of the Lossie River becomes a delicious Scotch malt sample with fruit aromas, vanilla, caramel, cereals and a little honey. It almost seems to have a sherry aroma too.
On the palate, spicy oak flavor is balanced with lush fruitiness and sweet honey nuances. The body looks a little stormy. Towards the end, the drink becomes drier.
The finish is dominated by oak influences. Gradually, vanilla and sweet honey are disappearing.
