Description
Bright lemon yellow with greenish tones. Pronounced aroma of fresh citrus, tangerine and lump fruits. Light body in medium, with a vibrant acidity that runs through the whole palate. Silky texture and a very long mineral ending, remembering mine water.
Vinification:
Lightly refrigerated pre-fermentation maceration. Soft pressure. Stainless steel fermentation with controlled temperature. After 6 to 9 months, the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled to be launched in the market.
