The Head Rock Wines company was founded in 2007 with the purchase of the property where the vineyards are located. It was a project created from scratch, without prior connection to the world of wine, with the aim of producing high-quality, unique wines capable of expressing, in the fairest and most faithful way, the terroir that gives them origin: Vidago. This small village, located in Trás-os-Montes, in addition to its excellent thermal waters, also offers a microclimate with optimal characteristics for wine production.
Winemaking:
Complete destemming. Discharge into a fermentation tank for temperature control between 26ºC and 28ºC. Pressing and malolactic fermentation in barrels.
