Description
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 14° and 15°C. Aged in fine lees for 6 months.
Bright salmon color, it has an intense aroma of stone fruit and some notes of strawberry, cherries and white chocolate. In the mouth it is elegant, broad and surprisingly fresh.
