Ruby color with violet reflexes. Complex aroma to ripe red fruits, white flowers and spices well integrated with vanilla notes. Round, rich and bulky taste. Balanced acidity and thin tannins. Long and complex at the end of the mouth.
Vinification:
Mechanized harvest at night. Total disgust. Pre -fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22-28 ° C) in stainless steel vats. Post 4 days after 4 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats with French oak staff. 9 -month internship in French and American oak barrels of 400 L.
