Description
Red red color, primary aromas with some earthy notes. Iodado with notes of resin from carving. Taste with good texture, thin tannins, delicate and pleasant.
Vinification: Manual vintage. Fermentation in carving with indigenous yeasts. Pelicular maceration of about 60 days. Malolactic fermentation in contact with films.
Internship: 3 months in clay carving
Producer: Casa Relvas is a family -based family business. The wine wine was created by Alexandre Relvas in 2001, thus following the tradition of four generations linked to agriculture. The Relvas family today generates a total of 350 there is a vineyard and 900 there is a hang and pine forest. Annual production is 5 million bottles of which 60% is destined for more than 30 countries on four continents.
