Vinification:
Manual harvest, skin contact for 3 days, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and periodic bâtonnage. Internship in vat for 12 to 18 months with spontaneous malolactic. One year aging in bottle.
Test results:
Citrine color with mineral aromas, pine and mint aroma. Fresh flavor, with mineral notes and excellent crunchy acidity due to the proximity of the ocean.
