Description

Vinification:
Manual harvest, contact with the skins for 5 days, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and periodic bâtonnage. Internship in vat for 24 months with spontaneous malolactic. Aged for 3 years in bottle.

Test results:
Citrine color with mature aromas. Long flavor and vibrant acidity.
