Very deep red red color. Great intensity and aromatic complexity dominated by very mature black fruits components (blackberry, raspberry and black plum), enriched by notes of menthol, black chocolate, black pepper, and tobacco. Dense in the mouth, with high quality firm tannins, balanced and intense, long and complex acidity.
Maturation
After Malolactic fermentation, the wines were transferred separately to new (60%) and 4 years (40%) French oak barrels, where they interned for about 12 months until the final lot was made. After bottling there is a stage at a controlled temperature of 15ºC for 6 months in order to reach the proper balance for consumption. To preserve its great quality, it was bottled without treatment by cold and without collage by what can be formed a slight deposit in the bottle.
Serve
The wine is ready to be consumed, however, the bottle internship allows good evolution.
