Here we find all the weight. In the height of the revealed weight we have the blend of all soils and castes, the dedication to the accompaniment of the vineyard and the choices that favor the preservation of biodiversity. Fruit of the preparation of lots through the choices and associations of authentic aromas and flavors. Applying a global experience to weight terroir, we take Vidigueira and Alentejo back to the world.
Test notes
Living red color. Attractive aroma with notes of black cherry, fruits of the woods and a component of spices present, dominating the nutmeg. In the mouth it is fresh, very complete and elegant. It has tannins present and thin, very well integrated.
Maturation
After Malolatic fermentation the wines interned in French oak barrels for about 12 months. He underwent a slight filtration before his traffic jam. In order to preserve its quality, it was bottled without treatment of cold stabilization, which may present the formation of deposit during its aging in the bottle.
