Description
Consecrated several times as one of the best Alentejo wines, the Herdade do Perdigão Reserva is characterized mainly by the high complexity, always associated with the balance and overall balance of nectar. It is a wine aimed at haute cuisine, always having a long life in the cellars of those who own it.
Despite having reached the highest classifications, the Herdade do Perdigão Reserva is a permanent target of tuning, benefiting, whenever it is made, the choice of the best raw material in the vineyard of the property.
Internship: All wine remains in the barrels for a period of 18 months, followed by 12 months in a bottle. It is not filtered.
Color: It has a grenade color with light brownish tones.
Aroma: Aromas of black fruits in jam, some vegetable notes, spice and notes of tobacco complemented with dark chocolate.
Taste: In the mouth it is a structured wine, complex and long persistence.
