Description

Winemaking:
Complete pickling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature controlled at 26/27ºC. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes:
Very good aromatic depth, dried herbs, earth, cocoa, ripe fruit, light leather, with some austerity. It is a full-bodied and smooth red wine with hints of bitter cocoa on the finish.
