Description

VINIFICATION AND AGING

The Viosinho harvest was carried out at the end of August and that of Arinto and Folgazão at the beginning of September with manual harvesting into small volume boxes. Pellicular maceration for approximately 10 hours, with fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 6 months in the same barrels using the "bâtonnage" method.

TEST RESULTS

It fills the nose with yellow-fleshed fruit and subtle smoked barrel notes that are fully integrated. On the palate, it stands out for its sublime affinity between creaminess and acidity. A complex, enveloping and deeply persistent wine.
