Description

Vinification:
The grapes used in this wine were harvested by hand in late August. Subsequently, they were transported in 20 kg boxes to the São Luiz winery, where the second selection of bunches was carried out on a mat of your choice. After pressing an entire bunch, the must fermented in 300LT French oak barrels, where it aged. The final blend is the result of choosing the best barrels over these 4 years and is the expression of the potential of these two varieties in this very private terroir.

Tasting Notes:
This Grande Reserva has a rich and vibrant aroma, where stone fruit notes are highlighted, surrounded by a touch of spices, brioche and smoky notes. It reveals oiliness balanced with acidity and seduces us with its immense freshness and persistence.
