Full Moon in Old Vineyards RESERVA Branco

Vinification:

destemming and crushing; 12 hours of pre-fermentation maceration, static cold clarification for 48 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature until about ¾ of the sugar was used up by the yeasts.

Stage: Stage 8 months in barrels on total lees, underwent “batonnage”.

Tasting Note:

Pale color with excellent aromatic intensity, dominated by minerality with notes of high quality wood. Excellent volume, freshness and balance, ideal to accompany white meat and fatty fish.
