Description
Light Ruby. Aroma to red fruits with spices. Round and elegant, slight but tasty and persistent structure with good fruit.
Vinification:
Caught manual of grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to strict pre-selection at the entrance of the cellar. Later developed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel cuba with controlled temperatures of 17O C and Bâtonnage. Staining stage.
