Bright golden color with green hues. Exuberant and complex nose, fruity with well-integrated oak notes. Fresh and elegant palate, the acidity balances the sensation of volume. Persistent and mineral finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually in the early hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After sorting and selection, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place in French oak barrels and the wine aged for 7 months on fine lees.
