Bright gold color with green strings. Exuberant and complex nose, fruity with well -integrated barrel notes. Fresh and elegant taste, acidity counterbalance the sensation of volume. Persistent and mineral ending.
Vinification:
The grapes were harvested manually in the early hours of the day for 12kg boxes. After screening and selection, the grapes were deceived and gently pressed. The fermentation took place in French oak barrels and interned for 7 months over thin -lengths.
