Description
It has a dense and intense violet color. In the aroma we can identify notes of black fruits, tobacco sheet, with spices notes. In the mouth it reflects a sober wine, with volume and well structured with firm tannins, noting the barrel with a long and seductive ending.
Vinification:
The grapes were cultivated in our hand and handy vintages, transported in small 12kg boxes early in the morning to the cellar and dull and slightly crushed. The grapes were selected and gently pressed. Fermentation occurred at a controlled stainless temperature. Subsequently the wine interned in new French oak barrels (225lts) for 17 months.
