Description
Vinification:
Produced from our oldest vines, this Loureiro, vinified using ancestral methods, fermented in used 300-litre barrels in order to guarantee the ideal evolution in the bottle for many years. Ageing: Fermented and aged in used barrels for 8 months.
Tasting Note and gastronomy:
It has a citrine yellow color, clear and intense. Aroma of great intensity and elegance, very fruity (white and citrus) with mineral notes. In the mouth it is structured and balanced, fresh and vibrant. Excellent acidity. Beautiful citrus notes and very long finish. It goes well with Mediterranean dishes, based on fish and seafood.
