Exam notes:
Pale yellow color. Very intense aroma, with notes of minerality and white-fleshed fruits. A full-bodied wine, well-structured and balanced with acidity. Long and persistent finish.

Winemaking:
Destemming, pneumatic pressing, and prolonged maceration at controlled temperatures.
