Description

Winemaking:

Unlock the grapes. The bago enters the pneumatic press, leaving the must to a vat where it rests 24 hours at a temperature between 18 °-20 ° C. Ferenta at a controlled temperature.

Tasting and gastronomy Note:

Of citrus, Intense aroma, with notes of minerality and fruits of white pulp. In the mouth is a wine with a large volume and structure, all very well balanced with the acidity. Long and persistent finish. Excellent as an appetizer and ideal to accompany Mediterranean cuisine dishes of fish and seafood.
