Description
On the nose, this vintage has a greener vegetable quality - green almond. A flinness too. In the mouth it is wonderfully textured and full of nuances, revealing spicy, nuts, smoky and hard layers to its muscular quince and pear, as well as scrape of citrus fruits. There is a mature range similar to Hunter Semillon in the end as well. Super complex - a meditative wine.
Vinification:
The wine fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
