Floral and seductive in the aroma, shows some complexity with the wood perfectly married to tropical aromas and white fruits.
Vinification:
The wine partially fermented in new French oak barrels and interned for a period of seven months, including a period of three months from Bâtonnage. The other part fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Certified organic.
