Description

It is fleshy and fluid, with succulent and succulent fruits of plum and raspberry and high notes of Esteva and Sage. An attractive came from smoky mineral (instead of wood) runs for it. Pervasive and persistent. A background of mature and mature tannins gives a subtle texture. A lot of body and length. Very good.

Vinification:
Fermented and stepped on foot in traditional stone mills. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
