Description
This wine has a deep brick color with an amber rim, with enchanting aromas of dried fruit, a delicate touch of nuts, honey and a hint of caramel, combined with ripe wild berries and subtle notes of chocolate, caramel and fine oak. On the palate it is silky and full of ripe figs, jammy flavors and a long, clean finish.
Winemaking:
The winemaking process takes place in stainless steel tanks with a 1-day pre-fermentation maceration before fermentation.
